Greenhouse Grower

Vermont’s largest retail/wholesale growing operation is seeking a highly successful, detailed and experienced full-time grower to join our motivated team. Our 35 year old company is located within minutes of Burlington ~ one of New England’s premier cities due to its’ culture, diversity, nearby ski resorts and opportunities to raise a wonderful family!

The grower’s responsibilities will include, but is not limited to, chemical applications (while maintaining a certified applicator license in VT), fertilizing, watering and applying integrated pest management practices.

All spring, seasonal and holiday crops are grown, therefore periodic weekend, holiday and evening hours will be required. At least five years of experience growing seasonal crops, such as annuals, vegetables and holiday crops (Easter Lilies, Chrysanthemums and Poinsettias) is preferred, but not necessary. A horticultural degree is highly desirable.
